ahh finally, anonymous comments!
Looks like a patch for anonymous comments has been added to Drupal’s CVS head. This means in the near future you people in never never land can post anonymous comments with a name, email address, homepage, etc. Hopefully it will be included in the next release. If I ran the CVS version of Drupal, you’d be able to do it now, but alias, I’m too chicken to be that bleeding edge. Plus I don’t want to put up with all the headaches it would cause. I don’t have that kind of free time!
cosby’s speech
What follows is a nice big juicy rant. I have to make a note on the recent speech Bill Cosby gave at an event, sponsored by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, held in honor of the 50th anniversary of Brown v. Topeka Board of Education. A quick hop over to Google News will get you up to speed if you don’t konw what I’m talking about.
While I feel that I’m not racist, there were a number of truths to his speech. Its one of those touchy subjects no one wants to talk about, but everyone is thinking. While it may not have been the best place to make a speech like that, I applaude him for doing it. People need a good slap in the face to open their eyes.
good to be home
Well, we’re back from Florida. Got some good stories to tell, but that will have to wait till later. Also, we should have some good pictures as well. Unfortunatly, you’ll have to wait till we get the film developed; I got to talk Renee into gettin’ a digital one!
More to come later.
