Site Update
Made some minor updates to the article taxonomy. I never really liked the terms I was using, Guides & How-To’s. Guides has become Reviews and How-To’s has become Guides. Sorry for any confusion, but it is better this way.
Also posted a number of new links and added a “Codecs & Filters” term under “Software I Suggest”. Now you can find all the codecs I use with my forays into digital audio & video. The only problem I have with the weblinks module is that it doesn’t aggragate the number of links contained in a term and its sub-terms. If I only had more time I might be able to look into fi

Just testing offline blogging using w.bloggar.
My election post
Since everyone is doing it, here is mine. I happy we got four more years, but bummed about local issues. Like I have stated before, I’m more of a local issues guy than national. Having grown up here, I feel a sense of belonging and ownership. I want to see my community succeed, because I feel it is a great place to live and raise a family.
It frustrates me, though, when people are completely retarded towards local issues. Our local school district is in dire need of funding. The residential population explosion of recent years has the school system up to their ears with new students. Not the problem. We were lucky enough to get some funding passed a few years ago which allowed them to build a new junior & senior high school. The problem now is they need more teachers to teach all the new students.
